In a large mixing bowl, combine 225 gms cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise until smooth.
Add 225 gms flaked smoked salmon, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs chopped fresh dill, 1 tbs chopped fresh chives, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
Stir until well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, transfer the smoked salmon dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve with your favourite crackers, crostini, salad, or chips.
