When you have a disagreement with someone, fight the spirit of strife behind the scene, do NOT fight with the person.
With spiritual maturity, the realisation has to come that we are indeed NOT wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (Eph 6:12)
You cannot win spiritual wars by fighting earthly battles. Earthly battles can be petty, worldly and leave endless scars to all concerned. Nothing good come out of them.
Each time you are faced with a disagreement, if it’s with a loved one, just hold hands and pray. Surrender and pray the fire of JESUS down.
If it is with a person in authority, wait and pray for peace and to reach a mutual agreement.
If it is with an outsider, speak the truth in love; be firm, but kind. Do not go to bed angry. Do not drag that person’s name into the mud. Just pray and wait on GOD, if possible together, until you both have CHRIST’s peace ruling your hearts.
Do not waste your time on every battle either. Some battles are for the Lord to deal with. Let go, to Him. You cannot win anything on your own, so do not waste your time. Give it to JESUS. He will do it all.
Take each battle to the spiritual level and kick satan in the gut. He wouldn’t know what hit him.
Each battle on earth can be a supernatural opportunity to pray and break strongholds in your life, church and family. Fight well, with JESUS.
