Coconut Macaroons are all about coconut with a touch of sugar. Chewy and moist on the inside, crisp and golden on the outside, these delicious cookies can be eaten warm from the oven or even cold.
They’re delicious plain, but even more irresistible when dipped in melted chocolate. Bake these whenever you feel peckish. If you love Bounty, you will adore these too!
Whisk 4 egg whites well. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cups shredded coconut (I use store-bought dried coconut, not fresh)
Form into balls and place on a baking mat. Bake for 10 mins.
Dip these into melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate syrup over these, for an extra twist.
