Just use the three right ingredients in equal quantities, whip them well and you can make a good version of Dalgona Coffee at home.
The Korean whipped coffee that’s the It-Drink of the moment.
Take a large glass bowl. Add same ratio of 3 ingredients – 2 tablespoons of white sugar, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee granules (NOT any other coffee powder. Nescafé or Bru works well) and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir well.
Use an electric whisk to whisk the mixture well for a few minutes.
You will get a gooey mixture at first, but keep whisking until the peaks form and the mixture thickens (It should look like stiff cake icing)
Into two tall glasses, pour either frothy warm milk or cold milk with ice cubes.
Top those with the mixture. You could add another topping of crushed cookies, cocoa powder, honey or nuts. Serve.
