The so-perfect low fat, low sugar summer treat. If you crave a healthy snack or need a simple dessert after your meal, go for this one.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Spread 2 cups Greek yoghurt/whisked full fat yogurt/creamy vanilla yoghurt evenly over it (Low fat yoghurt bark would have a much icier texture)
Top with fresh fruits of your choice – chopped strawberries, chopped mangoes, dried cranberries, raisins, whole blueberries or any other seasonal fruits. Make sure that the larger fruits are chopped.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola evenly over the tray. You may also use chopped nuts and choco chips.
Freeze for three hours.
Get the tray out. Cut the bark into large pieces. Make sure the pieces don’t stick.
Store in the freezer in airtight containers or ziplock bags.
