Peanut Butter & Banana Toast

One of my favourite quick, nutritious and protein filled snacks – for breakfast or light lunch – is peanut butter and banana toast with cinnamon.

Or you could try cooking up our Homemade Granola Bars

I love this toastie especially when I’m on the go – like cycling or rushing off to a meeting.

Toast 1 slice whole-wheat bread. Spread it with peanut butter.

Slice one small ripe banana.

Top the toasted bread with banana slices.

Sprinkle with cinnamon or honey to taste.
