Lord Jesus, today we bring to You our deepest inner wounds.
Oh God who healed those who were sick in mind and in body, have mercy on us all.
Heal us please, that we may walk in Your Holy Spirit’s fullness of purity, holiness and joy.
I praise You Oh God, for You, knew me even when I was in my mother’s womb and called me by my name.
I forgive all the hurts I experienced before and after my birth from my parents, siblings, spouse, children, relatives, friends or acquaintances and even strangers who have caused me harm.
I forgive all those who have hurt me. I ask forgiveness to all who I have hurt. I accept all the people who are troubling me; I recognise, my worries, diseases, sufferings, etc. can become the blessings for my sanctification.
Heal all my inner wounds from my subconscious, unconscious and conscious mind.
Deliver me from any sin or pain which is bothering me often. Help me to love others with Your love.
Lord Jesus, You who healed the sick and forgave their sins, send Your Holy Spirit, heal us and fill us with Your peace and hope. May Your love that surpasses all human understanding fill us, cleanse us and strengthen us.
Remove from each one of us any deep inner wounds which we got right from the time we were conceived, up to this day, this moment.
We pray that we can continue to forgive and forget and help heal the ones we have wounded too.
