Prayer for the wounded

Abba Father,

We bring to Your Most Holy Presence every person who is carrying deep hurt.

We bring to You the wounded, from all over the world, especially the ones who trudge into one church or prayer centre after the other, hoping for healing, deliverance, answer to prayers and peace.

Lord, some are carrying years worth of trauma, rejection, pain and feel like they were deceived by both God and man. they feel like they have hit many walls.

We pray that You will touch their hearts and show them that true revival is one on one and personal – with Jesus – in their own space, daily. Show them that You can visit them in their own rooms, when they seek You first and foremost.

Give them a revival of a personal nature. Let them hear Your voice and be bold enough to obey it daily.

We pray for healing that is complete – spiritual, physical and emotional.

We pray that Your love seeps through their spirits, souls and bodies, removing every hurt inflicted by people and from rejection, which they sadly perceive is from You.

May they walk into Your arms, Lord Jesus and walk boldly along hereafter, holding Your hand forever.

Let no man or woman who comes to You broken, go back empty.

Saturate them with Yourself, Holy Spirit.
