We love ‘Hummus on crackers’ as a fall back option for snacking 24/7, but you could better impress your dinner party guests with this fancy dip.

Just like those gourmet dips that you buy at the supermarket. Smoked Salmon Dip is simple, easy to prepare and delicious!

In a large mixing bowl, combine 225 gms cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise until smooth.

Add 225 gms flaked smoked salmon, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs chopped fresh dill, 1 tbs chopped fresh chives, 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper and salt to taste.

Stir until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

When ready to serve, transfer the smoked salmon dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs.

Serve with your favourite crackers, crostini, salad, or chips.
