Perfect for breakfast or a high tea. Sticky buns are gooey, nutty and cinnamon flavoured at the bottom. They are buns baked on top of a base of sticky sweet sauce and flipped after baking.

Prepare the dough for Homemade Dinner Rolls

In a dish, combine together – 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup honey, 100 gm butter, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp powdered cinnamon. Pour this greasy mixture into a baking dish.

Sprinkle some chopped almonds or place whole pecans on the dish. Place the balls of dough on top of this.

Bake for 15 mins at 175 degrees, until the rolls begin to brown on top.

Remove the baking dish from oven and immediately invert onto a serving tray.

Serve warm.
